adaptyv × bioarena — trem2 binder competition

as part of team mrazs (with saba nafees), placed in the top 2 of the adaptyv × bioarena trem2 protein-binder competition.

  • best human-designed binder reached 1.11 nM affinity.
  • roughly 3× stronger than the best ai-agent-designed binder in the same competition (~3.64 nM).
  • a result for the column where human design still beat the agents.
